The "Potting shed" Cottage is more of a studio/cabin layout with double bed,and bathroom. TV, toaster and jug supplied but there are no major cooking facilities.
This cottage is small, but nicely furnished and comfortable. Wireless Broadband Available!
There are dishes supplied for takeaways or a light salad type meal.
Tariff is $NZ90. 00 per night for two people.
Extra Persons: $25 per person, includes children. Sorry but they use a bed too. Babys free.
Booking: please stipulate a deposit payment method or provide us with your master card or visa card details when booking. We require a 25% of the agreed cottage price as a deposit.
Cancellation policy: . For all cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date there will be a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 24 hour of the arrival date or Non notification of a cancellation will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Payment: As we are a very small business we prefer T/cheques, NZ cheques or cash. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
Refunds: If you need a refund of all or part of your deposit due to a cancellation, these can be made per check, or via internet banking . Deposits and Payments made with credit cards will be refunded by an online credit through the original card processing company. A waiting period for the refund of 60 days is mandatory to avoid credit card fraud.
Breakfasts and other meals: Are available on request, as much as you can eat, anything you want, $15 per person. Continental breakfasts available at $10 per person. If you don't feel like cooking in the evening let us do it for you. We can serve you what is arguably the best THAI CUISINE available in New Zealand, at only $25 a head. Ask us for further details Location: We are about 3 minutes walk from the Lake (very close to the Church of the good Shepherd ) and about 10mins walk to shops and restaurants.
Washing and Ironing: If you require washing to be done we can arrange this for a further $5.00 per machine . Some cottages has a washing machine and irons. Enquire before you book please.

Directions: From State Highway 8 at the Tekapo bridge turn into Pioneer Drive. Travel 100metres toward the Church of the Good Shepherd andturn right into Sealy Street. Tekapo Cottages is the last property on the right. Drive up the short gravel driveway and you will find the parking area and reception.
